Property Manager
About the Job:
We seek a dedicated and motivated Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position, and prior experience is optional. If you have a passion for hospitality, managerial skills, and a knack for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Work timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Working days: 6 days per week​

Key Responsibilities:
Managerial Skills:

Supervise and manage non-skilled workers for property maintenance

Develop and implement efficient systems for property upkeep

Oversee and evaluate performance
Hospitality Skills:
-
Ensure high-quality service for all customers and guests

Address customer concerns and collaborate with event planning teams

Collaborate with SVVV's service partners to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Sales:
-
Conduct property tours for prospects and convert them into satisfied customers

Work with the sales and marketing team to increase bookings and revenue
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and stay motivated

Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

To work on a target-based modules and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Word docs for record-keeping.

The salary component for this role consists of a fixed and variable component. Additional incentives and performance bonuses are paid when targets are met.
